Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight #69

Savage crimes are being committed in Gotham City, seemingly by men already on Death Row, with one suspect executed years ago. Batman goes undercover into Blackgate prison as an inmate and becomes caught between killer prisoners and corrupt guards.
