Prior to order shipment, we offer refunds with a 15% restocking fee.

Once your order has been shipped all sales are considered final, and returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If you receive damaged products, kindly reach out to us with photos for assistance in resolving the issue with our courier.

Please be aware that Pre-Orders and Special Order Items are non-refundable and non-cancellable both before and after release.
