  • 1. Owning Our Mistakes

    We know some of you have experienced late, missed, or refunded orders.

    We’re not hiding behind a corporate logo—it’s just the two of us, doing our best, and sometimes things go sideways. If we’ve dropped the ball, we’re genuinely sorry and are working to make things right.

  • 2. Major Shifts

    Earlier this year, our Ajax shop closed its doors as we shifted everything online.

    The move to a bigger warehouse wasn’t exactly smooth—think misplaced boxes, delayed shelving, and a few too many headaches with our weekly shipments. We’re sorting it all out, one box at a time.

  • 3. Why We Had to Change

    Running both a storefront and a warehouse just wasn’t sustainable, especially with most orders coming through the website. The economy didn’t help either.

    For now, we’re putting all our energy into improving the online shop and getting our warehouse in order. There’s a mountain of back issues to process, but we’re on it.

  • 4. What This Means

    • The shop is on pause: no new orders or pre-orders for now
    • If you already have a pre-order or pending order, we’re still fulfilling it
    • You can still pick up at Envoy Ajax or Port Perry — James is still your go-to
    • Want to see the new warehouse? Reach out, but note: it’s by appointment only

  • 5. DC Comics Update

    Starting in June, we’re scaling back on new DC titles.

    The minimum order requirements from the publisher are just too high for us right now.

    We’ll bring in what we can, but DC pre-orders are off the table for the time being.

    We’d rather be upfront than make promises we can’t keep.

  • 6. Looking Ahead

    We’re not just about comics. Soon, you’ll find movies, TV, games, music, collectibles, and even graded comics on the site.
